  • No pets allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
  • Tenant on the agreement/booking must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the property during the tenancy.
  • No events or parties allowed. If a party/event is held at the property, management may evict tenants and guests with no refund. If a party is determined to have taken place during the reservation, the reservation guest will be charged a minimum of $500.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Children allowed.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
